PDRN / Polynucleotide
Stable-PN · Rose & Soy PDRN · PN
The polynucleotide behind the 'salmon DNA facial' — here, plant-sourced.
Biology
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a polynucleotide: a chain of DNA nucleotide fragments. Pidiroenne uses BAE Lab's patented Stable-PN, lab-engineered from Amber Rose & Soy rather than salmon.
Mechanism of action
PDRN activates the A2A purinergic receptor, stimulating VEGF and angiogenesis, increasing fibroblast proliferation (measured at 20–100 µg/ml) and down-regulating pro-inflammatory cytokines — which is why it suits reactive, acne-prone and scarred skin.
Stability & formulation
Patented Stable-PN technology keeps it consistent batch to batch — unlike donor-variable, salmon-derived PDRN — and free of fish-protein allergy and animal-origin concerns.
Synergy in the formula
Where PDRN calms and rebuilds the deeper matrix, propolis handles the microbial and inflammatory load on the surface — repair plus protection.
